Ornamo’s board
The board members of Ornamo are design and art professionals, who harness their diverse expertise to represent and promote the interests of Ornamo members.
In Ornamo, the highest decision making power has the annual meeting according to the associations act. The executive power is held by the board elected by members. Ornamo’s office staff, lead by the executive director, is responsible for the everyday action of the organization. The activities are based on the strategy and action plan accepted by the board and annual meeting.

Katja Soini
Soini is the Chief Growth Officer of the consultancy company Innolink with long experience in strategic design tasks. Soini is an industrial designer by training and has a doctorate degree in art. She has worked as a researcher and in versatile design management positions and has a strong interest and know-how in human-oriented design thinking, both in the field of design and in the real estate and construction field.
