In this webinar, Ornamo’s lawyer Iiris Adenius will share insights on design counterfeiting. Our guest experts will provide valuable contributions: European Trademark Attorney Marianna Karjanlahti-Perini from Waselius will offer a comprehensive overview on how designers can protect themselves from counterfeiting and effectively use intellectual property rights. Cecilia Borgenstam and Klara Sigvardsson IP experts from SILKA will share their expertise on take-down procedures and domain dispute resolution.
